🔁 Refund / Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days at baddienconz@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a suitable resolution (e.g. replacement or refund) as required under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
📦 Shipping Policy
Delivery within New Zealand: Free shipping for orders over $100. Flat rate of $6.50 for orders under $100. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delays: We’re not responsible for delays once your parcel is in the hands of the courier, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong. Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. International shipping will be added soon.
