💌 Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free NZ-wide shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat rate of $6.50.

📦 When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and sent within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

📍Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in Central Otago, New Zealand, where each piece is carefully curated and shipped with love.

🔄 What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Please choose carefully, as we are unable to offer refunds or changes of mind.

🛠 What if my item is faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email baddienco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

📬 Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand and Australia
